OK, so people in Washington are having a little more fun these days. They are feeling a little more hungry and laughing a lot more. Sound odd?
Well it shouldn’t be because the state recently legalised recreational marijuana smoking and let’ just say, things have gotten a little less serious in this wonderful part of the country.
